On Friday, April 10, 2026, the rights of community members to have their voices heard in zoning and planning board meetings was vindicated. Congratulations to our clients Paul and Caroline Griffith, who challenged their Planning Board's 8-minute hearing on a substantial modification of a residential subdivision plan, which the Board rubber stamped without any public input.
